The parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Memorandum of Settlement dated 07.07.2025, recording the terms thereof. The Power of Attorney holder of the appellant, Mr. Balwant Singh, and the respondents are personally present in Court, and have affirmed the execution of the Memorandum of Settlement. The terms of the settlement are found to be lawful. 2.
They further submit that they will remain bound by the undertakings given to the Court in the form of the above Memorandum of Settlement. The same are accepted. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw the present appeal.
