O R D E R

% 26.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the impugned decision of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (Tribunal) passed in OA No.3314/2013, she has been able to locate Office Memorandum dated 10.02.2000 which contains certain clarifications regarding implementation of ACP Scheme. She submits that this OM was not placed before the Tribunal for its consideration. Aforesaid being the position, we permit the petitioners to approach the Tribunal by way of a Review Application.

In case the Review Application is preferred within the next two weeks, the Tribunal shall proceed to consider the same on its merits without raising an issue of limitation.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Order Dasti.
