% 06.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks registration of FIR. In this regard, petitioner had filed a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. along with an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. which application was dismissed by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 18th April, 2017. Aggrieved by the order dated 18th April, 2017, the petitioner preferred a Revision Petition before the learned ASJ which was also dismissed on 24th October, 2017.
The two courts having returned a concurrent finding that no case for registration of FIR was made out particularly for the fact that the complaint of the petitioner was based on her own allegations only, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the said orders. Needless to state that the complaint WP(CRL)1076/2018 Page 1 of 2
filed by the petitioner under Section 200 Cr.P.C. would proceed in accordance with law.
Petition is dismissed.
