The petitioners, who are arrayed as defendants before the District Judge-07, Tis Hazari Courts (West), Delhi, in Civ DJ No. 209/2025, have filed this revision petition assailing order dated 09.10.2025, by which an application filed by them under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

After some hearing, Mr. Swaran Kamal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions that may be available to C.R.P. 348/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
