% 16.08.2016 CM No. 29298/2016 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, seeking disposal of the writ petition in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties whereby the parties have settled their disputes amicably, in terms of para 5 of the application. The application has been signed by the authorized representative of the petitioner and by respondent no.1, who is the contesting party as well as by their respective counsel. It is also supported by the affidavits of the parties.
Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that all amounts which were due to respondent no.1 have been received by him in terms of the above settlement.
In view of the above, the application is allowed. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. The amount of Rs. 6,35,679/- deposited with the Registry, along with interest accrued thereon, will be released to the
petitioner on an application being so moved before the Registrar. W.P.(C) 5078/2011 In view of the above, no lis survives and the writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
