This application has been filed jointly by the appellant and respondent no. 1, praying for disposal of the appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties by way of a Memorandum of Settlement dated 07.07.2025.

Mr. Balwant Singh, Power of Attorney holder for the appellant, and respondent no. 1 are present in Court. They affirm the terms of the settlement. The terms are found to be lawful. 3.

They submit that they will remain bound by the undertakings given to the Court in the form of the above-mentioned Memorandum of Settlement.

remaining respondents are concerned, they were only proforma parties and no relief was claimed against them.

He prays for leave to withdraw the present appeal and submits that the question of law be left open.

The present application is allowed. Accordingly, the appeal, along with the pending applications, is disposed of recording the above settlement. As far as the question of law is concerned, we need not make any comment on the same.
