This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of six months for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that only the Arbitral Award is awaited to be pronounced. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 4.

Ms. Dhingra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown for the delay. Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of six months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings. 6.

The period from 08.11.2025 till today stands regularized. 7.
