CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KAIT
O R D E R
% 21.03.2016 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to set aside the order dated 11.02.2013 passed by the learned Special Judge, whereby the respondent was granted bail in case bearing FIR No.162/2012 registered at Police Station Amar Colony, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) read with Section 29 NDPS Act. It is not in dispute that the State has already examined 11 witnesses out of 12 prosecution witnesses and only the second Investigating Officer of the case, namely, Rajkumar is left to be examined. Thus, the trial is at the fag end of conclusion.
At this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. Therefore, the same stands disposed of.
SURESH KAIT, J.
