This is the second round of litigation at the instance of the Petitioner. In the first round, in W.P.(C) 5253/2025, this Court, vide order dated 24th April, 2025, directed the Respondents to pass a speaking order on the representation of the Petitioner.

Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, Standing Counsel for the Respondent, states that, in compliance with the aforesaid directions, a decision has been rendered on 25th June, 2025 and a copy whereof has been supplied to counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Abhik Chimni, counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again on the same cause of action and to also challenge the decision dated 25th June, 2025.

Leave and liberty as prayed for are granted. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending application is also disposed of.
