A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for Quashing of the FIR No.483/2020 under Section 186/188/332/353/34 IPC registered at Police Station Shalimar Bagh, Delhi on the ground that there is inordinate delay and the period of limitation for filing the Chargesheet has already expired for which reliance is placed on Robert Lal Chungnunga Chongtu @ RL Chongthu vs. The State of Bihar SLP (Crl. No.10130/2025).

Learned ASC for the State submits that the Chargesheet is ready and is likely to be filed soon.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all these contentions before the learned Trial Court.
