This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a. Quash and set aside the illegal freezing / lien imposed upon the Petitioner's savings bank account No. 50100047293358; b.

Direct the Respondents to immediately restore full operational access to the said account;.."

After some arguments, Mr. Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the communication/award dated 04.12.2025.

Granting the said liberty, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
