In response to the submissions made by counsel for petitioner, counsel appearing for respondent/Registrar of Cooperative Societies has invited our attention to notice dated 02nd December 2025 and 22nd December 2025 issued to the office bearers of society/Friends Circle CGHS Ltd. It is claimed that once the society/Friends Circle CGHS Ltd. submits their response, within reasonable time the grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into.

That being so, representation preferred by petitioner shall be decided in terms of aforesaid notice issued to the society/ Friends Circle CGHS Ltd, in any case within a period of 12 weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
