directing the respondents to immediately release the petitioner's family members from their detention and confinement in the Police Station, Fatehpuri Beri, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's family members have already been released from jail and, therefore, he does not press present writ petition as it has become infructuous. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
