% 24.01.2019 This petition is filed against an impugned order dated 8th February, 2018 whereby the application for leave to defend filed by the tenant/respondent was allowed by the learned trial court. Admittedly, the pleadings are complete and the matter is under trial. The evidence of the respondent/tenant is going on. In the circumstances and with the consent of the learned counsels, the petition is disposed of with a direction to learned ARC to conclude the trial within four months from today.

Copy of the order be given dasti under signature to learned counsel for the parties.
