At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some vital facts which have not been incorporated in the present writ petition. 3.
He also submits that earlier also a writ petition seeking similar relief was filed and it was withdrawn with liberty to file afresh and the above said aspect has also not been highlighted in the present writ petition. 4.
In view of the above, the request of the petitioner is acceded to and the present writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file it afresh, if so advised.
