O R D E R

% 14.05.2018 Mr.Raja Chatterjee, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 and submits that he has instructions to state that respondent no.2 will produce the original documents in respect of the petitioner before Ms.Kamlesh Chakravarty, Assistant Director, Counselling and Registration Section of respondent no.1 within one week from today, who will after examining the same and satisfying herself return the same to the authorised representative of the respondent no.2.

It is made clear, in case, Ms.Kamlesh Chakravarty, retain the said documents for any verification, she will inform the authorised

representative of respondent no.2 the date on which the authorised representative of respondent no.2 is required to visit the office of respondent no.1 to collect back the documents. It is further directed that, in case, the documents of the petitioner are found to be correct, the seat allotted to the petitioner on 10.04.2018 in the counselling would be treated as final. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 also assures the Court that the date and time on which the officer of the respondent no.2 will approach respondent no.1, would also communicated to the petitioner through counsel, so as to enable the petitioner to also remain present before respondent no.1.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, nothing further survive for adjudication in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed alongwith pending application.
