Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.519/2015 P.S. Ambedkar Nagar under Sections 354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 under which the FIR is indicated to have been registered. At the outset on behalf of the State, it is however submitted that the charge sheet has been filed under Sections 323/509/354/506/34 of the Indian CRL.M.C. 1696/2018
Penal Code, 1860. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to bring forth these Sections in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file the petition invoking all Sections of which the quashing is sought.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty granted as prayed.
