ORDER
% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel for respondent submits that respondent has already made a statement before the Trial Court that complaint will not be pressed against the petitioner. It is submitted that proceedings against the petitioner have not been dropped by the Trial Court because of the pendency of the present petition. Counsel for the respondent submits that the complaint cases pending before the trial court are not pressed against the petitioner since he was not a Director as on the date of the presentation of the cheque. Accordingly, petitioner's name shall stand deleted from the array of parties in the complaint cases.
Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. A.K.K, J JULY 209 2017 gb
