Mr. B.B. Gupta, Advocate who was appointed as an executor on account of the original executor of the Will expiring, states that certain minor issues with respect to transfer of shares, recovery of money from bank account remain and for which purpose parties must furnish the death certificate of the deceased Sh. Vishwadev Sachdev as also the details of the joint accounts holders either in shares or in the bank accounts. Test.Cas No.26/2009

Counsel for the parties state that they will do the needful. Once the probate petition is disposed of, there does not remain an issue of administration being done through the Court and accordingly parties are directed to assist the executor appointed by the Court to bring finality to the administration of the Will of which probate has been granted by the order dated 2.2.2012.

No further orders are required to be passed in the probate petition.
