Itisstatedontheirbehalfthat theydidnotwishtoproceedanyfurtherwiththesubjectFIR. Itisfurther submittedontheirbehalfthatwiththeinterventionoffamilyandfriends,they haveenteredintoacompromisewiththeapplicants.Itisfurthersubmittedthat By:AMULYA

thepartiesto the presentdisputeshall be jointlymovinga petition forquashing thesubjectFIR.

The above position is not disputed by Ms. Isha Khanna, learned APP appearing onbehalfofthe State, upon instructions from the10SI Satish Kumar, PoliceStation,AmbedkarNagar. It isobservedin the present case that the accusedhascleanantecedents.

In viewoftheabove,the presentapplicationsareallowed.In the event of theirarrest,theapplicantsshallbereleasedonbailontheirfiimishingapersonal bondin thesumofRs.25,000/-(RupeesTwentyFiveThousand)eachwithtwo suretieseachofthelikeamount tothesatisfactionoftheArresting Officer/Station House Incharge.
