% 30.10.2018 Vide interim order of 10th January, 2018, respondent had undertaken that demolition action on the property in question shall be taken on 17th January, 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that no demolition action has been taken till date.

Learned counsel for first respondent-NDMC informs that due to interim order from the Appellate Tribunal MCD proposed demolition CONT.CAS(C) 283/2018

could not take place.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for in this petition.
