% 09.05.2026 Appellant Insurance Company has filed an appeal challenging the Award dated 10.04.2013 passed by the Learned MACT, Awarding 50% compensation ie. Rs.4,19,290/- against the Appellant alongwith interest @ 7.5% p.a. from the date of filing of claim petition. On appeal, the Insurance Company was directed to deposit of said Awarded amount with up to date interest before the Registrar General of this Hon'ble High Court in terms of the order dated 23.08.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court and 35% deposited amount was directed to be released.
Learned Counsel for the appellant on instructions has agreed to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the submission of the appellant, it is directed that balance 65% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest be released to Respondent no.1 to Respondent no.5, as per the proportions detailed in the Award, subject to compliance of all the requisite formalities.
Statutory amount with interest if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company.
In terms of the aforesaid, the present appeal along with pending application (s) stand disposed of.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned learned Tribunal with LCR, if already received.
