% 19.12.2024 CM.APPL.74750/2024 (under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the Applicants Dharmender and Suman LRs of deceased Anil Kumar for Disburse of the amount of Compensation) 1.

An Application has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs Dharmender and Suman for release of the compensation awarded to the deceased Anil Kumar their brother who has died on 26.02.2020. 70% of the award amount was released to Anil Kumar while he was alive, however, 30% of the compensation amount is lying in the Registry which may be released to the applicants.

While the Appeal was pending, the two applicants have been impleaded as legal heirs of Shri Anil Kumar injured on his demise. 3.

Considering the fact that 30% of the compensation amount as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 23/12/2024 at 12:12:48

awarded to Late Shri Anil Kumar is yet to be disbursed, the said amount be disbursed to the applicants in equal amounts in accordance with rules on proper identification.
