On 2nd May, 2025, the Counsel for Petitioners, appearing before the Joint Registrar (Judicial), sought leave to withdraw the present petition and the same was allowed.

The matter has now been listed before this Court on the basis of an Office Note dated 19th May, 2025 as the petition was inadvertently disposed of as withdrawn by the Joint Registrar (Judicial). The petition ought to have been listed before one of the benches hearing Criminal Writ Petition for passing an effective disposal order.

Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he would not like to pursue the present petition and confirms his instructions to withdraw the petition. 4.

In light of the above, the request is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
