1. It is brought to the notice of this Court that SLP(C) No. 5857/2006 was disposed on 28th August, 2014. It is further seen that LPA No. 390/2006 was also disposed of on 20th April, 2009 itself.

2. Considering that none of the parties have moved the Court to have the petition listed thereafter, it is not clear whether the Petitioner is still interesting in pursuing this petition.
