% 30.03.2016 After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition stating he would press the application made on 18.02.2016 before the tribunal pointing out that the property attached belongs not to the person held liable to pay compensation but to his brother Jagmeet Singh. The petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. The miscellaneous applications are also dismissed.

If such an application as referred to above has been moved, the tribunal is expected to consider it and pass appropriate order thereupon. A copy of this order be given dasti.
