% 09.04.2018 Complainant has specifically alleged in the FIR that on 24th January, 2016 petitioner alongwith co-accused broke open the lock of his godown and forcibly took possession thereof, in as much as beat up their employees. Learned APP has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner is evading arrest for the last six months and proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him.
Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
