The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have settled the disputes in terms of the settlement arrived at the meetings held on 16.05.2018 and 17.05.2018, the minutes of which have been annexed with the application.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also handed over a demand draft for a sum of `50,00,000/- (DD No.073410 dated 22.05.2018), which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as full and final settlement of all dues in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

The application is allowed.

In view of the above, the above captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
