Submissions made on behalf of either side. The allegations levelled against the applicant as per the FIR are stated to the effect that the applicant had accompanied the co-accused being an associate of the co-accused with basic allegations qua alleged commission of the offence punishable under Sections 354/354A/506/509/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act, 2012 against the co-accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the applicant was earlier absconding and had surrendered only on 04.01.2018. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State in reply to a specific Court query that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant.

Without any observation on the merits or demerits of the case,

taking the submissions into account, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that he shall not leave the country, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall commit no offence whatsoever. Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
