After some hearing, Mr. Anil Grover, learned Standing Counsel and Mr. Vivek B. Saharya, learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions from Ms. Mithlesh Yadav, Joint Director, Education submits that NDMC shall appoint the petitioner as a Guest Teacher subject to the petitioner not claiming the backwages. It is further submitted that the petitioner can report in the Directors Officer on 2nd May, 2016 at 10.00 am from where she will be given the posting letter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner present in Court submits that the petitioner agrees to give up the claim of backwages and shall report for joining on 2nd May, 2016. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the petitioner being appointed as a Guest Teacher, the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to

revive the same, if the occasion so arises.

The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
