ORDER

24.03.2015 The present bail applications have been filed by the petitioners, namely, Kuldeep and Madhu Bala, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.203/2014, under Section 420 IPG, registered at P.S. Sector-23, Dwarka, Delhi. By order dated 4''^ July, 2014, both the petitioners were granted interim protection, subject to the conditions that they would join and cooperate in the investigation and would By:AMULYA

also deposit a sum of Rs.3 lac by way of Fixed Deposits from a Nationalized Bank in the name of the learned Trial Court, initially valid for a period of one year, with the 10 of the case. The petitioners have complied the said order. On the request of the parties, i.e. the petitioners and the complainant, this Court by order dated 27"^ November, 2014 referred the matters to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for the purpose of settlement. The parties have settled their disputes amicably. The original Settlement Agreement dated 8"" December, 2014 is placed on the record which is duly signed by the parties. On the basis of the said settlement, the FIR in question has already been quashed qua both the petitioners by order dated 25^*' February, 2015 passed by this Court in Crl. M.C. No.738/2015. No further orders are required to be passed in these petitions. The same are accordingly disposed of.
