Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that earlier partial demolition had taken place by puncturing the roof of the top floor. She also submits that partial sealing of the fourth floor has also been done and as per the instructions, some action related to demolition, etc. is slated for today also. She further submits that the photographs placed on record from the side of the petitioner are not the recent one.

moment, is not interested in pursuing with his contempt petition. He, however, submits that in case there is no requisite action, he may be permitted to file contempt petition afresh.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. 4.
However, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall keep the petitioner updated about the proposed action and would also keep him in loop, solely because of the fact that the action against the alleged unauthorised construction was directed to be taken on his petition only.
