% 04.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to file review to point out that aside from the payments by two cheques as specifically mentioned in the written statement, the petitioner as defendant had also claimed certain payments later made through bank transfers to the opposite party which need to be proved.
