% 11.05.2018 In terms of our order dated 23.04.2018, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 by Mr. Ajay Kumar, Assistant Director, Bureau of Immigration, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi.

In this affidavit, he has stated that no Look Out Circular (LOC) exist against the petitioner (Ajay Kumar Gupta). Mr. Digpaul, on instructions, states that till date, there is no LOC issued against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, we disposed of this petition without going into any other issues raised by the petitioner. It shall be open to the petitioner to raise all such pleas in an appropriate petition, if the occasion arises.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
