This is an application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the plaintiff seeking preponement of hearing. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the matter is taken on call.

The date of 17.12.2024 is hereby cancelled.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly states that they have executed a settlement agreement dated 19.09.2024 ('Settlement Agreement') before Samadhan-Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The counsel for the plaintiff states that as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff has an obligation to withdraw the present suit and she accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present suit in CS(OS) 141/2018 Page 1 of 2 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The learned counsel for the parties further state that since the parties have agreed that the terms of the Settlement Agreement are confidential, the Settlement Agreement as and when sent by the Mediation Centre to the registry, may be directed to be kept in the sealed cover. 7.

As per the record of the Court's e-file, the Settlement Agreement has not been received from the Mediation Centre; however, in the event, the physical copy Settlement Agreement dated 19.09.2024 is received from the Mediation Centre, the registry is directed to take appropriate steps for maintaining the confidentiality of the said agreement, in accordance with the rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the present suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

10.

All future dates stand cancelled.
