% 14.09.2016 Matter has been listed today as 13th September, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Idu'l Zuha (Baqried). Even at the pass over stage, none is present for the petitioner. Despite the present petition having been filed in 2013, the respondent has not been served till date. Though fresh notices were issued to the respondent on the last two dates of hearing, yet process fee was never filed.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution.
