O R D E R

% 28.11.2016 The parties have with the assistance of the respective counsels mediated the matter. The parties have settled their disputes. Petitioner no.1 as well as respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 undertake that they shall continue to pay a sum of Rs. 2,000/- each to the mother i.e. respondent no.1. Respondent no.1 shall stay with the respondent no.4, Mr. Radhey Shyam on the first floor of the property bearing no. I -IInd , 77-78,79,80, Madangir, New Delhi - 110 062. It is further agreed that the rent of the fourth floor shall continue to be paid to the mother/Respondent No. 1. The undertaking is accepted.

Since the parties have settled their disputes, the property which was sealed by order dated 22nd March, 2016 shall be de-sealed and the possession shall be handed over to the parties. The keys deposited by WP(C) 3968/2014

the Local Commissioner with the registry of the court shall be handed over to counsel for the parties.

Petitioner no.1 as well as respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 are directed to abide by the undertaking given to this Court. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the parties, under the signatures of the Court Master. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J.
