The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for their wilful disobedience of the Order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the Ld. JMFC-02 (Mahila Court), South, Saket Courts, New Delhi; b) Direct immediate enforcement of the said Order and ensure that the Petitioner is allowed to enter and reside in the shared household located at G-10, G Block Market, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, without obstruction; c) Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the concerned learned Mahila Court in accordance with law. 4.
