Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the Reviewing Authority under Regulation 18 of the respondents'- Punjab National Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline & Appeal) Regulations, 1977.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the review will be filed within four weeks from today. The Reviewing Authority is requested to dispose of the review within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The petition, alongwith all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
