After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press present contempt petition, at the moment.

He also submits that since respondent has already started appearing in the matter, he would make request afresh to the concerned Court directing the respondent to adhere to the order dated 23.10.2024. He submits that in case, despite the aforesaid directions to be passed by the learned Trial Court, if there is no adherence to aforesaid direction regarding visitation, petitioner may be permitted to approach this Court again. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
