% 04.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 18th April, 2018, Mr.Ramesh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has instructions to state that instead of granting provisional permission to the petitioner/School to run the Science stream at the 10+2 level, on year to year basis, the respondent would issue the said provisional permission for a period of five years at a stretch, which would remain subject to the decision to be taken by the Ministry of Urban Development.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that since the petitioner has already moved an application seeking permission on regular basis for running the aforesaid course, the respondent would grant the necessary permission for a period of five years, within two
weeks from today subject to the petitioner fulfilling all necessary criteria.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 04, 2018/aa
