After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would not press the present petition provided that a response to his application, pending adjudication before learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, is filed by the concerned bank. Such matter is fixed reportedly for further consideration on 28th instant. 3.
