By way of the present petition filed under Section 29(A)(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioners seek extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has already expired on 31.12.2024. 3.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, accepts notice and submits that respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition 5.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the next date before the Ld. of nine months.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of nine months from 31.12.2024. The proceedings held after 31.12.2024 are validated and regularised. 7.

The present petition is disposed of alongwith miscellaneous application.
