The Petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, stating that she has been subjected to exuberant cost of Rs. 50,000/- by the learned Trial Court, while granting her one last opportunity to cross-examine the Respondent.

In the opinion of this Court, the cost imposed is not very high, however, considering that the proceedings relate to a matrimonial dispute, the cost imposed by the learned Trial Court, is reduced to ₹25,000/- on undertaking of the Petitioner that no unwarranted adjournment will be taken henceforth before the learned Trial Court.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
