The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application with a prayer that the learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the recording of evidence.

It is pointed out that only 6 witnesses have been examined out of 25 witnesses including 4 public witnesses. 3.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of evidence and make endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year.
