By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR bearing no. 959/2015, registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 279/338/468/471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and Sections 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereafter 'MV Act'). 4.

quashing the FIR in question, since there were allegations of forgery and the FIR has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 468/471 of the IPC, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at this stage seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 5.
