Mr. Ganesh Khanna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner after some arguments seeks to withdraw the present petition to raise the objection with regard to the territorial jurisdiction before the learned Trial Court.

He invites attention of the Court to para 11 of the written statement filed by the petitioner in the petition filed by the respondents under Section 125 Cr.P.C. wherein a specific objection with regard to the territorial jurisdiction has been taken.

The petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
