Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant had produced before us the letter dated 16.02.2026 of the General Manager (T)- KNT, National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") addressed to the Authorized Signatory of the Appellant. The said letter dated 16.02.2026 is taken on record.

The said letter states that the Appellate Authority of NHAI had considered the issue and, accordingly, the period of blacklisting / debarment has been revoked w.e.f. 09.02.2026.

The Appeal stands disposed of in terms of what are being provided vide letter dated 16.02.2026.
