O R D E R

% 17.05.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that property has already been booked for unauthorised construction, inasmuch as, demolition order has been passed. It is further submitted that further demolition action shall be taken in accordance with law. Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that respondent no. 2 has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD and the same is pending.

Respondent no.1 has already initiated action in accordance with law. Respondent no.1. shall take the action taken by it to its logical end and in case stay is not granted by the Tribunal, respondent no.1 shall proceed with the demolition action, in accordance with law. Law will take its own course.

No further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
