BAIL APPLN. 654/2016
1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail which was granted vide order dated 11.03.2016 in Bail Appln. No.417/2016.
2. Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife Smt. Priyanka Pandey is diagnosed to be suffering from right uretic calculus with urinary tract infection and she was advised for surgery for 14.03.2016. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 11.03.2016, but he could only be released on 14.03.2016 and reported in the hospital on 16.03.2016 where the wife
of the petitioner has been advised for admission on 21.03.2016 for surgery on 23.03.2016, as she is found to be having cough and fever on 16.03.2016.
3. Ld. Counsel further submits that the wife of the petitioner has already been admitted on 21.03.2016 and the surgery is to be conducted on 23.03.2016. Thus, he needs another two weeks' time to take care of his wife.
4. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is further extended for another two weeks on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2016.
5. In view of the above, the petition is allowed.
